HUMAN RIGHTS

We assist individuals, Non-Governmental Organisations and multinational corporations in human rights matters. Our team of immigration lawyers have acted in both the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.

Our human rights work includes:

• ECHR ‘visas’: Applications on behalf of individuals seeking to remain or extend their stay in the UK on the grounds of their rights under the European Convention of Human Rights.

• Human Rights advice: Advice to Non-Governmental Organisations and multinational corporations on international human rights matters. In particular, on ensuring that the policies and procedures of multinational corporations comply with both EU and international human rights obligations, including the United Nation’s “Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
